GUIDED IN-PERSON WALKS

One of my happy places is guiding in-person Nature and Forest Therapy walks, which I call Mindful Meanders.  These in-person walks are short in distance, gentle in terrain, and big in experience!  At this time, I am pausing my walks to allow my body to heal from an injury.  I will add walk dates and details here once I am ready, hopefully in the spring. Check back often as walks and other events will be posted!  If you have a specific request for a walk, event or partnership, feel free to reach out any time.
